Sea Witch Cupcake

Okay, so what you all need to know is that I had this really crazy idea to make 14 different cupcakes each themed to each one of *Nightmare-chan22's Grims Charming characters. What the hell was I thinking?

Here's Sea Witch. She's on top of a blue velvet cupcake with blue cream cheese frosting and a little black color mist sprayed on top. I made that paper scroll out of fondant and used black dye to make the writing. Little Sea Witch was made out of clay. C:
